• up to 9,000 characters with spaces

• author(s) name(s) in the top right (right alignment)

• affiliation - next line in parentheses (right alignment)

• after a space line the title of the paper in upper case letters (central alignment)

• after a space line a short abstract of no more than 50 words (central alignment)

• optional - after a space line a short abstract in Russian (central alignment)

• after a space line the body of the text

• bibliography cited is presented according to the MLA stylesheet
